We are excited to bring the journey and expectations to life for suppliers in the Supplier Networks Diversity and Inclusion three part series of events and education.
We are excited to introduce the first Diversity & Inclusion series to the Supplier Network. Join us on May 5th for the first of three events. Wendy Lewis, VP, Global Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Community Engagement Officer will educate the supplier community on Food for Thought, Moving Beyond Bias. This platform offers an educational experience where everyone has the opportunity to understand how unconscious bias can slow us down and moving beyond bias can speed us up. Almost 10,000 people within the McDonald’s system have experienced this training. This is your opportunity to join the movement. Wendy will speak on Food for Thought, Moving Beyond Bias education program. Hope Bentley, Senior Director, US Supply Chain will follow with an opportunity to connect what we learned to how it impacts McDonald’s supply chain and supplier expectations.
