The Supplier Engagement Strategy (SES) and the new Supplier Performance Measurement (SPM) approach were rolled out to suppliers in Q3. Supplier self-assessments must be submitted in Q1 2020. McDonald’s has held four WebEx Q&A sessions, but if you have missed those, or if you are looking for more clarity, here’s your chance to watch the SES Overview video as a group and stay for live Q&A with Pam Edwards & Kelly Ludwig.
Because the library of SES & SPM resource materials are posted at the Supplier Engagement Strategy site, this session will NOT be recorded, and is entirely optional.
Note that all suppliers need to access this library of resources is an active eID. If you do not have an eID, click here to request one. You can also contact our IT at customer.support@us.mcd.com and request that the password be reset for your EID if you have not used it recently.
