Create a strong, stable network of suppliers who actively seek opportunities to positively impact McDonald's business, now and in the future. We will support and help strengthen the McDonald's system by leveraging the knowledge, experience and contributions of our diverse supplier network.
Please join the Supplier Network for our very first "Department Spotlight" webinar. This ongoing series of webinars will allow suppliers to take a peek inside various departments within the McDonald's organization.
We are very excited to feature Chef Chad Schafer and his team as we kickoff the series. Chef Chad, Jerry Volkman, Laura Hallberg, Mike Lingo and Cynthia Pagliuca will join us to discuss their roles within the Brand and Menu Strategy department and offer insight on McDonald's creation and commercialization processes. They'll also answer supplier questions in an "Ask Anything" session. The Supplier Network invites suppliers to pre-submit questions for Chef Chad and his team here no later than Thursday, July 9th.

Does it feel like you have more to do?
Are you able to stay on top of the “right” things?
Do you feel more in control and balanced, or less?
How is your energy level now compared to before?
Are you able to easily separate business from personal?
Ask your team these same questions…How would they answer?
We are all in a period of change. Change by its nature is disruptive. As we enter what we hope to be a “Recovery Period”, refocusing has never been more important to both our business and personal lives.
Join us for this working meeting to increase your personal awareness and focus to what is “Important” rather than “Urgent”.
This workshop will be led by Jeff Johnson, President of LMI Chicago, Inc. LMI Chicago is part of Leadership Management International, which has been Developing Leaders and Organizations to Their Full Potential for over 60 years in 80 different countries, and in 27 different languages. Jeff is an engaging facilitator, and will lead us through the use of a few key tools in the workshop. These same tools can be used with your own teams to ensure they are working on what is “Important”.
